I think most cap pilots have access to cyno alts/cyno chains already. I personally have 4 chars, 1 cap pilot and the the other 3 have cyno 5 and recon 5. Also, some might be concerned that they jump to a cyno and find themselves at a deathstar POS...

I really want to fly them, but they are shit right now, and need some changes. A battleship with T2 resists is by no means unbeatable. No more so than a nano-phoon that goes over 5km/s. It could be tackled and killed by a couple of command ships q...
